  2. Prepare Agreement for lease
  3. Prepare the Lease
  4. Register the documents at the Land registry

Requirements

  • Copy of the Title  document in respect of the Property
  • Copies of the Identity Card and KRA P.I.N. Certificate in respect of the Seller
  • Copies of the Identity Card and KRA P.I.N. Certificate in respect of the Buyer

  2. Stamp Duty on the Agreement for Lease – K.Shs.240/=
  3. Stamp Duty on the Lease calculated at the rate of @ 4% of the value of the property

  5. Rent Clearance Certificate – K.Shs.1,000/=
  6. Government Valuation Costs – K.Shs.2,000/=
  7. Registration Fees and Costs – K.Shs.2,000/=
