I want to rent an office. What documents do I need?

  • Introduction: Our platform focuses on specific administrative/legal needs of people concerning renting premises for commercial purposes.
  • Why is the process needed: When one rents property or premises for commercial purposes, he/she obtains a Rent Lease /Commercial Lease from the owner of the Property.

  • Risk/what happens if the process is not undertaken: Lack of the proper documentation to prove that you are indeed the Lessee has many legal repercussions as you not only do not have proof of ownership but you can also be denied exclusive possession to the premises where they is contention.
