How do I replace a lost Title Deed?

  • Introduction: Our platform focuses on specific administrative/legal needs of people relating to misplaced or lost Title Deeds.
  • Why is the process needed: A Title Deed is a legal document that shows evidence of ownership of property.

The benefit of the above is that a Title document evidences that you are the legal owner of a particular piece/parcel of land. Therefore, you can access loans from banks by lodging the Title as security. You can also obtain business opportunities in which you can utilise your land such as renting the property, selling it etc

  • Risk/what happens if the process is not undertaken: If this process is not undertaken then there will be no evidence of ownership of property.
