How do I set up a Business?

  • Introduction: Our platform focuses on specific administrative/legal needs of people relating to registration of businesses.

The Business Name is the simplest business form under which one can operate a business.

  • Why is the process needed: The benefit of registering a business is that one creates an avenue to easily obtain a trading license from the relevant county government.

In addition to the above, when compared to registering a company, the process of registering a business is cheap and faster

  2. Register your business

  • A copy of the Proprietor’s Identity card
  • A copy of the proprietor’s KRA P.I.N.
  • One (1) Coloured Passport Size Photograph in respect of the Proprietor (s)
